Checkmate - Chess table with storage
The brief for this table by a chess enthusiast was simple..."to create a piece of furniture which could double as a chess table with built in storage in our signature style celebrating craftsmanship."This allowed us to dip our toes into the world of marquetry and layer it with brass inlay to bring a very graphic pattern to life which had been floating around in our thoughts for a long time.
